Office Manager/EA, German, Zurich
A high profile Investment vehicle with its Head Office in London is opening an office in Zurich at the end of February. The office is currently being fitted out to a high specification. The organisation is looking for a German speaking Office Manager/Administrator/EA.
Initially, the main purpose of this role is setup all of the office systems and procedures. This will involve liaising with a host of suppliers, ranging from IT and Tech experts, Telecoms providers, office furniture people, insurance providers and legal experts. One the office policies and processes are up and running, the position will be more focussed on office admin and classic EA/PA duties such as diary management and travel arrangements.

Successful candidates will speak English and German fluently (written and spoken) and have experience of office procedures in Switzerland. A proven track record of running offices in blue chip organisations is essential.
