Description

Our client is a leading financial publication and conferences organiser working with global institutional investors via exclusive memberships, forums, industry benchmarks, award-winning content, and workflow solutions such as capital placement. They are currently seeking an audience development executive to join their team in London and cover the Nordic region.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, with experience in B2B marketing calls, knowledge of Salesforce as a CRM , be proactive, and have an ability to build rapport very quickly over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Building relationships with senior Executives from financial institutions via phone & email
• Delegate Recruitment: Leverage relationships with fund managers and institutional Investors to attract them to International events. Work alongside the Relationship manager to ensure target delegate numbers are achieved for events throughout the year
• Data:Keep CRM data up to date through verifying existing records, and research to identify new contacts

Requirements

• Fluency in English to a high standard (Written and Spoken)
• Previous experience using Salesforce (Highly desired)
• Knowledge or experience of working with the Nordic markets (Essential)
• Knowledge on financial investment, pension funds (desired)
• Previous experience working on tradeshows, events, conferences, exhibitions, global summits/seminars and building relationships with delegates (Highly desirable)
• Strong experience in sales, business development, or audience development with a demonstrable ability to develop business relationship and deliver results
• Able to organize workload and work independently
• Target driven with ability to appreciate and meet deadlines
• Educated to university degree level or above
