The company has just established its office in London and is on a “full-speed-ahead” growth plan and aims to be the very best -in-class in the UK within a year. The company is well established outside Europe and already has in excess of 300 million users worldwide. As the UK SALES DIRECTOR, you will be a key part of the company’s growth strategy and will be responsible for promoting the company and increasing its profile in the UK.

DUTIES

• You will help identify, develop, and evaluate the agreed sales strategy of the company (price, product positioning, marketing and sales )
• Have a real understanding of UK competition, the market characteristics and costs of the products and services
• Develop the UK sales channels;
• Design the sales plans,
• Manage and lead a team to help them achieve agreed sales targets;
• Work closely with the inhouse branding team, developers, the legal team and advertising agencies to proactively promote the brand
• Assist in developing pricing strategies and develop a deep understanding of product lines and services
• Oversee budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
• Initiates market research studies to identify potential markets for products and services.

REQUIREMENTS

• 10 years Smart phone experience
• English to native standard
• In-depth knowledge of local and regional telecom markets.
