Recruitment Co-ordinator

My client is a world leading business in ecommerce sales, they are currently looking to expand their EMEA In-House Recruitment team. Due to business growth, they are looking for a recruitment coordinator to support with recruitment for their Graduate Recruitment Program.

The Company

This is a specialist role for an inhouse Recruitment coordinator who can build relationships with Universities and their recent graduates. This organisation is expanding fast and is looking for outstanding professionals who will find & establish relationships with recent graduates looking to embark on their first permanent role. This is a contract role to deal with a specific head-count project and will extend to at least 3 to 6 months work. You will liaise with some of the biggest and best Universities in the world offering their top graduates unparalleled career opportunities.

Role

• Manage the Recruitment process: Coordinate and attend University campus events and Road shows
• Register candidates face-to-face
• “Start a conversation “with potential graduate job applicants
• Promote the company at Road Shows including providing company information, literature and details about upcoming opportunities
• Coordinate University assessment days and large student events in order to reach as wide a student pool as possible
• Search; Use online search tools to find and engage with recent top graduates or students about to leave University
• Use social media to speak to candidates, link up with student bodies, student unions, student Facebook groups, Instagram etc
• Proactively find new and exciting ways of engaging with emerging student talent
• Liaise with key University departments, specific lecturers and societies
• Use linkedIn and other professional recruitment methods to establish communication with the target audience

Requirement

• Previous experience in recruitment (Highly desired)
• Experience in fining and bringing in Graduate talent
• Fluent English
