Inhouse Recruiter
My client is a world leading business in ecommerce sales, they are currently looking to expand their EMEA In-House Recruitment team. Due to business growth, they are looking for a Recruiter to join their team.

Responsibilities:
- Sourcing qualified student candidates
- Facilitating pre-interview screening, phone screens, and onsite assessment days
- Partnering with Recruitment Coordinators to ensure scheduling queues are achieved
- Liaising with Recruitment teams to enable global reach of campus programs and leverage best practices
- Maintaining strong focus on diversity recruitment
- Tracking all candidate and interview activity through the companies ATS
Required skills
- 3+ years of recruitment experience
- Experience with recruitment tools and systems (various ATSs, LinkedIn, GraduateLand, etc)
- Written and verbal fluency in English
Preferred skills
- University degree
- Campus recruitment experience
