Our client is a global advertising agency. The role will suit bi-lingual, digitally savvy applicants with a passion for social media looking for a new and exciting challenge. Attention to detail and perfect written communication will be an absolute must. Social media, design, editing, creative content experience would be a highly desirable for this role. They should enjoy working in a high paced, entrepreneurial and energetic environment.
We’re looking for confident, effective, personable candidates who can operate autonomously and deliver work to the highest standard. The role will involve Community Managing on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Pinterest.
Key Responsibilities:
CLIENT HANDLING
- Serve as main point of contact for client questions related to social channels and content.
- Delivery and bi-annual maintenance of a clear social strategy that includes specificity on
social targeting, role of influencers, role of content, role of channels and innovation
partners.
COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT
- Schedule and publish content calendars each month informed by local media plans with
spend 80:20 paid:organic
- DMC, comments and UGC, crisis comms, fan/user engagement, Brand FAQ’s
- Crisis management and escalations
- Daily channel sweeps and responses to consumer comments and questions across owned
channels.
- Owned Channels Include: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube
EDITORIAL DEVELOPMENT
- Ongoing Social Calendar Development
- Development of multiple reactive posts per month.
- Delivery of social pulse/trend email, highlighting any key cultural, in market, or out of
market trends happening on social that week.
- Potential development of event amplification calendars based on formal briefs provided by
brand.
- Possibility of In-person social / community management coverage of experiential events or
activations.
- Delivery of a quarterly social content calendar & toolkit.
- Delivery of campaign specific calendars and toolkits.
CRM, DATA & ANALYTICS
- Help set & track KPIs for social channels: Share of Voice, Sentiment, Drive to Sales
- Weekly internal review, Monthly Performance Report, quarterly deep-dive report on
channel
PAID SOCIAL
- Alignment of scheduling and posting with local market paid-plans
- Work with the media partner to maximise spend behind Global content
- Deliver KPIs jointly with the media partner for global campaigns
- Liaise with local markets to co-ordinate dark posting strategy and plans with local teams
Requirements
- Must have a pulse on culture and be constantly curious about trending
- Must be fluent in Italian to mother tongue standard with cultural awareness and knowledge.
- Must be fluent in English to a high standard (Both written and spoken).
- conversations in social media. (Excellent Social media knowledge and experience)
- Must have proficient creative skills – specifically with writing and editing platforms
- such as Photoshop and After-effects.
- Must have the ability to understand the overarching brand strategy and be able to
- connect our social activity to the overarching brand objectives.
- Have the ability to work closely with the brand teams to ensure alignment and
- collaboration between agency and brand.
- Have the ability to understand how to use key analytics tools with an enthusiasm for
- user-centred comms.
- An analytical and strategic mindset – always looking for ways to learn and improve.
- The ability to pivot between big-picture thinking and tactical execution, with a bias for action
- and willingness to experiment.
