Polish Or German-speaking Tier 1 Customer Tech Support
We are currently seeking a motivated, passionate, and skilled bi-lingual German or Polish speaking Tier 1 Tech Support Advisor, with experience of working in Customer Service and/or experience of working in a Technical Support role.
In this role, you will use your expertise in handling incoming hardware and software issues, reporting any identified trends to the relevant channels, and to deal with incoming inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Amongst others, some of your main responsibilities will be:
– Delivering exceptional customer service to a vast network on internal and external stakeholders.
– Logging and resolving incoming inquiries via the Support Desk.
– Demonstrating resilience and an ability to remain calm under pressure.
– Finding timely solutions to technical issues faced by stakeholders
Key Skills and Experience:
-Fluent in Polish and English or German and English
– Tech and IT Savvy
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– A natural problem solver
