Salary: 25,000 GBP + up to 10,000 GBP bonus.

We are looking for an expert in Social Media with native level of Mandarin to join a fast-paced team in London. This role will suit someone with a true passion for Media and entertainment, and a very deep understanding of Social Media Management (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Blogs, etc.). You will have to be a confident communicator, with fantastic written skills in English and Mandarin. You will oversee several channels and will coordinate a team of remote translators, writers and narrators, directing them to maintain consistency, style and high quality. This position holds a massive future potential for growth.

Within others, your responsibilities will be:

– Distribution of content across various Social Media channels, particularly YouTube.

– Creating strategies to grow the Social Media traffic.

– Managing and coordinating an external team of translators.

– Coordinating a series of projects at a given time.

– Proofreading content on Social Media.

– Collaborating in the discovery of current and new trends.

– Ensure brand consistency across the channels.

– Work closely with the Customer Service team.

Essential Requirements:

– Educated to Degree Level.

– Native level of Mandarin. Fluent in English.

– Exceptional communication and written skills.

– Very analytical and with the ability to understand data and trends.

– General knowledge about Digital Marketing and Social Media.

– You must be extremely organised to ensure deadlines are met.

– Ideally someone who has previously worked in Community management and/or digital marketing positions, with an understanding of Social Media and WordPress.

– Willingness to take challenges and go the extra mile. A self-starter attitude is essential.
