The Company
Our client is an exciting start-up company providing logistics solutions to international students in the UK. They are a young and dynamic team. There is opportunity to be involved in other parts of the business including business development and marketing.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through various communication channels (phone, email and live chat);
- Support marketing team in managing Chinese social media platforms (Weibo and WeChat);
- Follow up on new leads to promote the company’s service and generate new customers;
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts;
- Assist in improving overall service by consolidating customer’s feedback;
- Ensure database is accurate and up-to-date.
- Any ad hoc duties as per assigned.
Requirements
- Degree educated;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Pro-active and ready to go extra miles;
- Previous experience liaising with students would be a plus;
- Fluent written and spoken Mandarin and English.
