The role
Using your French daily, this role involves 1-2 days a month of travel to France to meet and train clients. You will:
- Manage software implementation projects across France, and coordinate the work and project schedule with the clients
- Liaising with clients face-to-face and over the ‘phone in order to meet the highest service standards
- Collect customer feedback
- Liaise with global offices and with software re-seller partners in South Africa and Australia.
- There will be some travel involved to meet clients, train them on the software, and ensure projects run smoothly
Requirements
- Fluent French
- An understanding of SQL
- Previous software project implementation experience
- Great organisational skills
