Finance Manager
The Role:
The Financial Manager will be responsible of the management, implementation and delivery of the financial strategy of our organisation. Within others, your responsibilities will be:
*Overseeing and managing all the aspects and accounting functions of the organisation and reporting to the Financial Director.
*Ensuring that Cash Flow is effectively managed.
*Preparing and producing annual budgets.
*Providing Financial Services support, such as monthly reporting, bank management, expenses, etc.
*Financial data management and reporting, including providing information to support fundraising applications and evaluation.
*Managing and coordinating the annual audit in conjunction with the Board Treasurer.
*HRMC & VAT Administration.
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and act as their controller as well as selling potential additional services.
Requirements:
*Native level of English. Any other languages will be a plus but not required.
*At least 3 to 4 solid years of experience in Finance.
*ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified or currently on the process of finishing the certificate.
*Financial Systems knowledge – strong debit and credit skills.
*Excellent communication skills, client orientated and pro-active. Strong commercial acumen. Problem solver with the ability to implement practical solutions.
*High level of integrity, honest, trustworthy and well structured.
*Driven, motivated and flexible.

Salary: Between £35000-45000 year depending on experience
