Chinese Speaking Residential Property Solicitor
Job Title: Residential Property Solicitor – Chinese (Mandarin OR Cantonese) preferred

Salary: Basic up to £50K depending on experience, negotiable

You will be joining a dynamic Anglo-Chinese law firm with lots of private clients, UHNW contacts and property companies. It is one of the leading law firms in its area and has a reputation for outstanding service and deep relationships with clients based on trust.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain existing property client base residential conveyancing practice (commercial and residential);
- Manage your own caseload independently;
- Manage a small team;
- Cultivate and grow company’s clientele;
- Assist in business development activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ PQE, ideally in conveyancing with residential and developer work;
- Great communications and customer service skills;
- Flexible, especially dealing with time difference, as you will be working with clients and colleagues based in Asia;
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) would be preferred.
