International Business Manager

We are looking for an International Business Manager that will be responsible of some of the key international markets in Europe. We are ideally looking for someone able to implement strategy (opening new markets, pricing, marketing planning, etc.) and with an understanding of the Supply Chain process.

This is a 360 Cycle role, that will include a wide range of responsibilities across several markets, both in the UK and all over Europe. You will be responsible of incrementing your portfolio of existing clients within the FMCG industry and thriving to develop in other markets. We are looking for someone with a very strong commercial acumen and interest and knowledge in ecommerce. We are looking for someone with a very strong commercial mindset and the ability to develop the right strategy for each country.

Within others, your responsibilities will be:
-Will include researching distributors and retailers, tracking competition in market.
-Managing the relationship with all accounts in the market: retailers, distributors, marketing agencies, etc.
-Negotiating key terms with distributors and retailers.
-Hunting for opportunities in the market and feedback to the business.
-Developing an annual business plan for the market, including Sales/Profit/Distribution Targets/Marketing Initiatives/new product launches, etc.

Required skills/experience 
– Solid sales background in dealing with international markets (someone commercially driven, with fantastic negotiation skills). A very strong commercial acumen is essential.
– Understanding of Supply Chain Management and Logistics.
– Ideally someone with an understanding and interest in e-commerce.
– Fantastic communication and presentation skills.
– Strategic thinker and able to think analytically.
– Creative and with fantastic attention to detail.
– Dynamic attitude, hard-worker and proactive.
– Ability to travel regularly.

Title: International Business Manager (UK & European Markets)
Salary: 45,000 – 55,000 GBP depending on experience + bonus + benefits
