Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £30k+ base salary (negotiable depending on experience) + Uncapped OTE
Status: Permanent, Full-time
The Company
Are you looking to build or expand your career within recruitment, specialising in Financial Services – specifically Private Equity, M&A boutiques, & Hedge Funds? Our client is a major Financial Services Recruitment Company looking for two experienced Recruitment Consultants.
Responsibilities
- 360 Recruitment
- Utilise various search engines and CRM’s to search for candidates
- Screen potential candidates while assessing their suitability and underlying motivations to a role
- Targeted research and a strategic approach in order to identify key stakeholders
Requirement
- At least two years of experience in a sales role, consistently hitting revenue targets
- An achiever who will let their billing speak for itself
- Fluent in English and another language is a plus
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Experience in sales or recruitment
- Ambitious, positive, and a ‘can-do’ attitude
