The Job:
- Liaise with Chinese speaking clients to understand their investment aspirations
- Develop new relationships with HNW clients and nurture existing relationships
- Coach your sales team to ensure that they meet their own career potential and deliver top drawer customer service
- Sell off-plan properties
- Manage conveyancing paperwork and assisting the conveyance manager in progressing all sales through to exchange
- Help to develop exciting sales and marketing strategies
- Help with event planning and to organise launches
- Undertake general market research
- Undertake commercial and legal due diligence
Requirements
- Experience of managing a team with the ability in motivating and leading the team
- 5 years’ experience as a Sales Manager for a Property Development Company
- Degree educated
- Fluent Chinese and English
