The Company

A global property business with strong ties to some of the most outstanding and well-known building and construction companies. This organisation will explore the investment options for both corporate and private HNW clients looking for a safe haven for their funds in the UK property market. The company has built very successful long-term relationships with builders so that it is able to provide its investors with financial opportunities and knowledge, well ahead of the competition. The company also provides its investors with up-to-date industry insights and expert market knowledge.

The Role

Working with Chinese speaking clients, your role is:

• Manage a large portfolio of rental properties in the London area
• Liaise with tenants
• Process tenant check-in/check-out and contract renewal
• Negotiate rental fees
• Manage all the documentation around the rental process
• take a general audit of the property to check on décor and improvements required
• Liaise with the legal team re due diligence and compliance issues
• Establish excellent relationships with both the Chinese landlord and the tenant
• Manage and coordinate routine and emergency maintenance, repairs, plumbing and other building maintenance responsibilities
• Organise and attend building inspections
• Organise tenant viewings

Requirements

• Previous property lettings management experience
• Fluent Mandarin, Cantonese is a plus
• Ability to draft Assured Shorthold Tenancy and Section 21b documents
• Right to work in the UK without restrictions
