Italian and English speaking Receptionist
We are looking for someone with:
– Excellent communication skills in both English and Italian;
– Good interpersonal skills, able to relate to people at all levels;
– Team player with good time management and organizational skills;
– Able to work under pressure and keen to use her/his own initiative in relation to
problem solving;
– Extensive and comprehensive use of Outlook, Explorer, Word, Excel and
Power Point;
– Previous experience of at least one year within an office is essential, within an international law firm would be preferable.
Main tasks:
– Reception cover, greeting clients, meeting rooms bookings and ensure the rooms are ready and tidy for each meeting as well as switchboard duties (answering calls and forward calls to the relevant person, take messages and forward detailed information).
– Order office supplies and record expense form;
– Booking taxis, travels, couriers and catering;
– Assisting during meetings, including welcome external visitors;
– General handling of documents: photocopying, scanning, filing.
In addition to the above, the position requires general office duties like:
– Keeping the immediate desk area and stationery rooms tidy and organised;
– Assisting other members of staff in particular tasks, e.g. completing the daily attendance; forwarding information re: staff, meetings, expenses etc., creating spreadsheet/power point presentation of data or similar, organising storage in site and off site;
– Assistance to events at the Firm’s premises and/or at any other venue in coordination with the Marketing Department.
– Assisting the Office Manager with regards to facilities management.
Salary: 25,000 GBP
