This is a well-known British-based specialist property company looking to serve its High Net Worth (HNW) clientele and provide a personalise property service to those looking to buy UK property for business, relocation or study reasons. The company prides itself on fostering excellent relationships with clients that stretch back over years as well as a totally personalised service to create a luxurious and attentive experience. The company is now looking for an outstanding person to join the sales team and really make a difference to the portfolios and long-term investment strategies of its clients.

You will have the opportunity to develop your personal network of High Net Worth Chinese investors. There will be the opportunity to work remotely(from home) in this position whilst there are travel bans.

The role in summary:

Connecting property buyers & investors with residential properties in the UK

Promote the property:

• Manage a property portfolio including planned new builds and off-plan information
• Develop the marketing collateral for your target audience
• Attend promotional property events
• Upload all property information onto social media, the company website and other relevant sites
• Organise and coordinate investment seminars

Sell the property:

• Research suitable Chinese buyers
• Approach Chinese buyers with promotional information and develop a personal network of potential HNW clients looking to invest in the UK
• Send out targeted invitations to small promotional investment property events and all follow-up
• Help to negotiate on the sale and manager all aspects of the sales process
• Explain and also navigate the UK legal requirements surrounding purchasing residential properties
• Liaise with lawyers
• Organise and attend property viewings – via remote links – with clients

Requirements:

• Previous UK property sales background
• Fluent Chinese
