Title: Mandarin Chinese speaking Business Development Manager (Remote role)

Salary : up to £60,000 + Commission ( up to £100,000 in year one)

Location: Work From Home (Remote working)

AI is a fast-growing sector where there are real opportunities for long-term personal development , growth and career/financial success. The company is establishing itself in the UK and is now looking to recruit a number of key staff to help spearhead its growth in the UK and in Europe. This is a demanding role. There will be the opportunity for remote-working until after Lock-down.

The role

You will be given responsibility for establishing new business within a designated region or industry sector. This is a Business to Business role and you will be able to work remotely from home wherever you choose to be located.. There will be some contact with teams in China and off-site meetings with clients and Head Office representatives when they visit he UK.

Responsibility:

• Establishing new relationships with potential clients across agreed sectors such as manufacturing, agriculture, retail, etc.
• Research and map out the market and build a pipeline of clients
• Identify new business leads and turn them into meaningful business relationships, steering them from cold to close
• Lead generation
• Create and develop new relationships, engaging with stakeholders at executive and C levels
• Manage and deliver an end-to-end consultative sales process
• You will be working to agreed revenue targets

Skills required:

• Solid experience in technology sales or Key Account Management
• Lead generation experience
• Familiarity with AI and Machine Learning
