Game Localisation / QA Tester with German
A games localisation company is looking for a talented German speaking proof-reader with a good command of English, ideally with experience in video games or media translation to join their fast-growing West London office on an ongoing on-site temporary contract.
The Candidate
Key skills:
– Native level German as you will localise terms specifically to that market
– Strong understanding of English (verbal and written).
– Previous translation experience, preferred.
– Experience working in an English-speaking environment.
– Superb focus and attention to detail.
Desirable skills:
– Working experience in videogame industry (Publisher/Developer/Vendor/Tester).
– Experience in manual creation process (Videogame industry or other).
– Understanding of translation memory tools.

Expected duration: 6 Weeks
Working hours: 11am – 8pm (with one hour lunch)
Location: West London
Start: Immediate
Pay rate: £9.00 – £9.50 per hour + Holiday pay
