Salary: Euros EU 42,000 per annum + 10% bonus
(total package of EU,200 per annum)

Duties
The food and restaurant sector has re-started and this is a key role for someone with a strong Relationship Management or Portfolio Management background and a clear understanding of the restaurant sector. Your role is to be the first point of contact for restaurant owners (who are all owners of a restaurant franchise) and their food distributors and to manage the flow of supplies to their food shops.
You will be connecting restaurant owners (franchisees) with the restaurant supply centre and training staff. Duties include
Relationship management of restaurant owners ( franchise owners)
- Liaising with restaurant owners to ensure that they get the stocks needed to run their restaurant on a daily basis
- Ensure product availability and price information is accurate and regularly updated
- Stay closely engaged with owners and keep them informed of new initiatives including team-building activities, promotions, price changes, supply bottlenecks and any new products training opportunities or recipes
- Constantly “check-in” with owners to ensure that they are happy with the level of service they receive from head office and deal with any complaints. Escalate where necessary
- Attend meetings with owners and inform them of general market, competitor and business updates
Relationship management of the Supply Distribution Team
- Liaising with Distribution to ensure that deliveries of food stocks are coordinated
- Ensure that restaurant owners are aware of any delays in goods
- Create regular activity reports and delivery time-tables and that will support restaurant sales and profitability
- Set up an agreed schedule of food and other deliveries
- Ensure that restaurants are always fully stocked with food ingredients and equipment
Reporting and Training
- Attend restaurant training sessions and team meetings and respond to queries directly
- Deliver training programmes (online, face to face or webinars).
- Produce profitability reports for head office and owners
Requirements
- Good understanding of the restaurant industry
- Experience in a customer service / account management role, ideally in a franchised business
- Car driver ( to meet clients)
- French to native standard
