OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS FOR CANDIDATES
When you register with ABL Recruitment, you will first meet us face-to-face or via a video call. You will then undergo a competency-based interview. This involves discussing your career history to assess where you have worked and the roles you have undertaken, and we will also evaluate examples of your core competencies, tailored to your experience and the nature of the role you might be suitable for.
Typically, your interview will explore areas such as communication skills, problem-solving, teamwork, and time management, among other key competencies. We will then provide insights about the client and the role before submitting your CV for any of our positions.
