Hours: 9am-5pm M-F but flexibility is required due to 8 hour time-differences

Your role is to develop new relationships with schools and school teachers interested in giving their students a real learning “edge”.

DUTIES

This is a B2B role: Target audience will be Head Teachers, Heads of Departments and school governors. You will work from an existing portfolio of Chinese contacts as well as be required to develop new business.

New Business Development:

• Contacting schools (telesales & “courtesy calling”) across China who may be interested in the new technology
• Attending international trade shows where you will meet new and current clients
• Follow up of all new sales leads and prospects that you have met at trade fairs and events
• Putting together Webinars and online demonstrations. Follow-up
• Presenting the learning aides and new product to via video conferencing
• Producing price quotations

Existing Relationship Management

• Liaising with existing clients to check they are happy
• Organising subscription renewals
• Ensuring that schools are happy with levels of customer care and with the technology

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous work experience selling technology within the EDUCATION sector is essential
• Fluent Mandarin (native standard)
• Sales background
