German speaking Account Manager
Our client is a leading Global Research and Educational Publisher. This a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious candidate willing to work in Sales/Account Manager. In this role, you will manage a strong sales territory covering Germany, Switzerland and the Netherlands. You will manage your own client list of key accounts and you will work to bring new accounts.
Experience in sales is preferable but not mandatory. We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills, an open-minded and a solid commercial acumen. The right candidate will be a confident, well-spoken and outgoing person, with a sales-minded approach and with the ability to work under deadlines.
Key responsibilities:
- Prospecting new clients as well as managing existing clients to generate sales.
- Visiting clients (sporadically travel to the designated territories).
- Attending meetings, conferences and other industry events.
- Being able to provide clear revenue figures.
Requirements:
- Fluent English and German.
- Minimum qualification of a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Solid commercial acumen. We are looking for a strong business and sales-minded person.
- Fantastic communication skills.
- Customer Service minded person.
- Strategic planner with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Team player. Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Availability and desire to travel often internationally.
