Salary : base from £60,000-£80,000 + very generous uncapped commission structure

You will need to be based either in Paris or in London and be happy to work very much on your own initiative to establish a totally new business sales pipeline across France/Belgium and Switzerland. This company is a global organisation and growing rapidly, so you will have all the knowledge and support of head office to help you grow your territory . This is a cutting edge product and the company is a leader in its sector
The role
Building the business from the ground up, you will need to be a self-starter and able to undertake a genuine 360 sales role: you will get involved in every aspect of the business; from lead-generation, prospect qualification, to pitch-and-close and then nurturing relationships. The average deal value is around $100k-$150k per deal and you will work to an agreed revenue target for year one.
Your job is to build a prospects pipeline, generate interest, initiate sales and then drive growth across the territories of France, Switzerland and Belgium. You will be selling a business concept and a software solution that will help to protect fashion companies and other e-commerce organisations that can fall victim to counterfeiting of their goods and brand. The role is very much a consultative role where the emphasis will be new business creation (80%) , although there are some existing relationships to nurture too.
Duties
- New Business Development : Research contacts, develop a pipeline of leads targeting sectors across luxury goods, fashion and others where counterfeiting is a problem
- Devise regular e-marketing campaigns with the internal Marketing department in order to raise awareness of the product and service
- Follow-up on enquiries set up breakfast-meetings, video calls and appointments
- Organise demonstrations of the software (there will be software engineers to assist)
- You will be given bespoke training for this role which is a key part of the company’s growth plans across Europe
- Create quotations and then manage all the complex contract negotiations and all follow-up. You will be working to tight deadlines
- Key Account Management : Liaising with an existing portfolio of clients to manage contract renewals
- Stay close to existing clients and forge strong ongoing relationships
- Attend on-site account review meetings
Essential Requirements
- French (to native standard) and fluent English
- Previous Technology or SaaS sales experience
- THis role would best suit someone who has done a 360 sales role in the past ( incl lead generation , and account management )
