German Speaking Advisor ( Remote work )
Global insurance company, expanding fast in Europe is looking for German Speaking Claims Handler. The purpose of the role is to provide full claims handling to support motor breakdown and home emergency claims.
This is a B2C role where you will be communicating with private individuals via email using German and English language skills.
This role offers the possibility of working from home if desired.
Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
-Answer emails adhering to standard response times and protocols
-Accurate and timely completion of case notes/logs/diaries for each customer
-Process cases in accordance with department procedures and agreed authority levels
-Liaise with or refer to colleagues, motor assistance professionals, departments or appropriate organisations to deliver the correct service
-Deliver Outstanding Customer Service
-Proactively organise daily work
Requirements:
Fluency in German and English
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
PC literate
The ability to work under pressure and to customer deadlines
Ability to demonstrate a highly professional work ethic
Willingness to take initiative to solve problems
Salary:£20,800 basic + £500 language bonus
Training: You will be provided with best-in-class offsite training
