Italian Speaker IT Helpdesk Support
Salary: 25,000 GBP to 30,000 GBP depending on experience
Location: Central London
We are looking for an IT savy and Customer Support centric candidate interested in a role in a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate should love to help people with any sort of IT issues, and will have the ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users. You will be working on Windows 7 PC and notebook, iOS smartphone and tablet, video conferencing, printers, fax machines, etc. We require experience with:
– Windows 7 Pro, and Windows 10,
– Office 2013-2016 and Office 365
– Vidyo teleconference system
– Active Directory maintenance and Exchange 2010
– PC hardware, Printers, scanners, computer peripherals, Mobile devices (iOS, Android)
– Familiar with Ethernet, TCP/IP and VPN
– File server knowledge
Within others, your main responsibilities will be:
– Handling Help desk escalations through tickets or phone
– Creating accounts and configuring hardware
– Following up on outstanding requests and ensuring timely resolution
– Supporting audio and video equipment in conference rooms
– Managing and monitoring internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records
– Managing local vendor or suppliers (mobile phones provider, printers maintenance, etc.)
