With this in mind, the company is well networked within local UK communities with the aim of delivering the best housing schemes for the benefit of all boroughs.
THE ROLE
Working as part of a high-achieving team and alongside the Marketing Director & Sales Managers, you will have direct input in defining and implementing the sales and marketing strategy for the company’s development portfolio.
DUTIES
Team Management: Overseeing, mentoring and managing the sales and marketing teams.
- Establishing team sales targets, identifying training needs, undertaking appraisals and managing staff retention
- Define the sales strategy, new promotional initiatives and marketing plans
- Selling off-plan to investors
Client relationship management: Establish trust and develop relationships with HNW clients to understand their investment aspirations
- Retain and develop repeat business opportunities
- Forge new relationships and contacts across the construction sector
- Provide senior level consultancy/advisory services to the client and manage the sales cycle working closely with the external agencies
Planning Administration : Keep accurate records and relevant documentation. Undertake legal and commercial Due Diligence
- Liaise with the Conveyancing Manager and progress sales through to exchange
- Lead in all aspects of sales launch preparations and event planning
- Reporting to HQ
- Head office reporting, checking forecasts against revenues and reviewing targets
REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of UK planning and construction regulations and legislation is essential
- Off-plan property sales experience
- Previous team management background
- Fluent Chinese
