The Company

This is a REALLY, REALLY EXCITING opportunity for a fluent German speaker to join the new office of a respected global company that is currently based in London , but now setting up the new office in Austria. Currently the company employs over 1,000 staff in the UK and this new office is being established to look after clients across German, Austria and also Luxemburg. You will be supporting their first German speaking Senior Sales person and the role will involve providing an outstanding level of support to all their new clients.

As the very first ICT Engineer, you will be well positioned to fast track your as the organization has plans to take on hundreds of new employees in the coming year. Opportunities like this are very rare.

The role

1. Liaise with internal/external clients, end users and senior staff to resolve IT issues
2. Design how services are delivered to clients and experienced by clients: eg network and data center operations, service delivery and quality control;
3. Liaise with the technical team
4. Conduct training for new members as they join the business
5. Create detailed plans for potential new infrastructure
6. Implementation responsibilities
7. Test the network, its operation and oversee maintenance;
8. Office network construction, LAN & WAN and operation and maintenance;
9. Test, improve and operate the SDN network

Requirements:

1. Fluent German
2. Strong Networking skills with a CCNP Routing and Switching or HCNP Routing and Switching preferred;
3. Experience in supporting existing networks and deploying new networks.
