This company is looking for several linguists to join their team of specialist travel managers and hospitality specialists. You will be dealing with the ultra-wealthy who are looking for bespoke deluxe customer service in terms of hotels, flights and entertainment. You will be managing your international clients requirements and have the very best suppliers in the world to deal with in order source and fulfil your client’s needs. This is a truly lovely job in which you are dealing with clients and suppliers. In this role only the very best will do.
Duties
*Liaising with high profile and wealthy clients looking for “something different and outstanding” in terms of travel and hospitality
*Matching your client’s needs with the services of bespoke suppliers of the exclusive and the outstanding
*Providing a top notch customer service :speaking to clients, looking after every need, getting to know and understand their interests whether in the arts, travel, theatre, personal shopping, food, tours etc
*Project work: This will include Party Planning as well as designing travel itineraries including private transfers, deluxe accommodation and adventures. You will also be sourcing tickets for ” sold out ” events, sporting fixtures, access to Director’s boxes, parties etc
Requirements
*Native level fluency in Japanese
*Travel trade experience
*Hours: 8 hours a day on a rota system covering 7am-11pm for 5 days a week. There are night shift options 11pm-7am if required.
