The company is a SaaS company and creates and sells software solutions and then provides a full implementation and structured training service.
A snapshot of your role
- Providing external care to French clients
- There will be a shift system in this role covering 7am-6pm Monday to Friday
DUTIES
- Acting as the first point of contact for French speaking clients
dealing with customer queries - Resolving technical issues
- Providing advice and practical help to a largely non-technical client audience
- Full training will be provided in the software
- Liaising with the Team leader to resolve any escalation issues
- Working patiently and diplomatically with clients
- Use of SQL and Windows operating systems on a daily basis
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent French
- SQL
- Previous IT Help desk experience
- Able to work shifts: 7am-3.30pm or 9.30am-6pm
