Title: Mandarin Chinese Property Investor Relations Manager

Salary: Basic up to £38,000 per annum depending on experience + commission, great benefits (gym, corporate discounts, monthly team drinks, etc.)

Location: Bristol (with flexibility to base in London later on)

Languages required: Mandarin Chinese & English, Cantonese is a plus

Contract type: Permanent, full-time

The Company

Highly reputable British-owned property investment company focused on repurposing existing buildings across the UK and developing them into UK luxury residential and commercial units that represent genuine financial investment opportunities for the UK and international investors. This company is doing really well with projected turnover doubling in 2021, so you will be joining a company that is fast growing and successful.

The company is receiving an increasing interest from Asia. You will focus on developing and maintaining key relationships with investors and clients from Asia with a focus on Greater China.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain company investor relations plan
• Pre-screen new potential investors and understand their investment goals
• Oversee compliance issues
• Create marketing collateral showcasing new investment opportunities
• Update investors and clients with market insights, topical issues and project milestones
• Attend investor calls and/or meetings
• Produce annual asset and financial reports

Requirements:

• Degree educated (ideally in a relevant business, finance, accounting, and/or investments discipline)
• Relevant experience in the UK property market (residential, commercial, hotel, or student accommodation)
• Client facing investment banking and/or asset management experience
• Experience working with investors from Greater China
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English, Cantonese is a plus
• A full unrestricted visa for work in the UK
