The company has advised some of the world’s largest organisations as well as government institutions on how to develop a successful strategy that will enable them to enter , survive and also grow their Chinese business portfolio by providing knowledge , advice and strategies that will help . They are now looking for a Mandarin speaker to join the senior leadership team with strategy and ops. This is an exciting role for the right person with genuine financial and career opportunities.

DUTIES : X-border project management & Business development

You will be developing an Online B2B and B2C service platform specifically designed take inbound queries from Chinese HNW and UHNW people and corporations looking for investment opportunities in the UK

• Nurture and develop excellent relationships with HNW business people in China and also in the UK in order to understand their specific needs for a new service platform that will deal with their enquiries and concerns
• Project management and implementation. Liaise with IT suppliers and the development team to help map out the client ” journey “, then create a structure and detailed business model that can be supported by revenue projections
• Manage project time scales, budgets and processes
• Team Management : Work alongside HR and the General Manager to take on a project team that will help to create the platform. The team will be based in the UK as well as in China
• Supplier management : Liaise with suppliers and also negotiate re services
• Stay up to date on what competitors are doing

REQUIREMENTS

• Experienced in working on B2B/B2C service platforms within the Chinese market
• Background in UK-China cross border project management and business development
• Experience of developing and delivering high value China/Uk projects
• Fluent Mandarin
• Strong marketing experience of platform models in China
