Title: Mandarin Speaking Data Centre (Asset) Management Specialist

Working locations: Mainly Wokingham or Farnborough, occasional travel to Slough and East London

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience

Language: Mandarin Chinese & English

Sponsorship provided: No. You must have a valid work visa.

Hours: Mondays – Fridays 9am-6pm

This is an exciting opportunity to work with clients who are leaders in their respective markets. Trainings will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in conducting on-site IDC (Internet Data Centre) asset management
• Deal with clients’ queries
• Manage technical implementation of new strategies including process updates and optimisation
• Organise regular audits to ensure control of assets
• Conduct information security improvements and roll outs
• Monitor and maintain inventory level of datacentres in the assigned region
• Identify vulnerabilities and suggest improvements
• Attend client sites to around the UK to oversee implementation

Requirements

• Degree educated
• Previous experience in data centre management, warehouse management, or process management
• Autonomous and high degree of self-disciplined
• Valid UK driver license
• Eligible to work in the UK without visa sponsorship
