German 2nd line Tech Support Analyst
TITLE : German Technical Support Analyst (initially WFH role)
Office LOCATION: Buckinghamshire
(36 minutes from Marylebone in London)
Nearest Train station: High Wycombe station
Language needed: German. Additional languages are an asset
Salary : £30,000 + 5 weeks holiday
SECTOR: Not for Profit
WORK FROM HOME: There is social distancing in the office and you will initially be WFH and only partly in the office. Eventually this role will be entirely office based.

COMPANY DETAILS
This is a non-profit organisation that supplies food to retailers.
SHIFTS : You will need to be able to cover 8am-8pm Monday -Friday on a rota system . You will need to cover weekends on a rota basis (1 week in 3)
DUTIES
This is a bilingual German/English role
- Provide 2nd line technical support to clients in Europe, the UK and across the Middle East
- Logging and resolving all incidents on the Helpdesk.
- Dealing with retail POS ( Point Of Sales) hardware and software
- Use of MS Windows XP/7, MS Office, printer setup & configuration,
- Provide support documentation
- Log all enquiries and monitor email alerts from the Helpdesk system
- Manage training enquiries
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous 2nd line technical help desk experience
- MS Operating systems , Network support, PC, laptop
- Fluent German
