Location : High Wycombe ( this is an office based role with some WFH)

Salary : Total compensation £35,400 ( made up of a base of £32k + 10% bonus., 25 days holiday and subsidised learning programmes)

Customer contact service centre providing a global centralised customer care purchasing ” hub” for clients within the food and drink sector . This organisation is a not-for-profit company and aims to get its retail store clients the best possible prices on food products in order to support them in growing and becoming successful. This is an open plan office environment and you will work with clients based all over the world as well as the DACH region .

The Role

You will be tasked with overseeing the loyalty scheme for this well -known retailer and the delivery of marketing campaigns across DACH as well as other parts of Europe. This is a franchise environment and the clients are all retail stores and restaurants

• Delivering digital marketing campaigns in German to clients
• Creation of new campaigns, including email marketing campaigns, understanding the target audience and putting together plans that increase brand visibility
• Liaising with external marketing and data agencies as well as the App provider
• Create marketing briefs and engaging content
• Support in email testing of links, copy, content, data
• Manage the loyalty programme’s website and make edits and uploads
• Create news content around the loyalty card
• Direct contact with clients and help with writing presentations
• Presenting marketing concepts to the Commercial team and other large group

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience of working with loyalty cards/programmes is essential
• Previous marketing experience within retail or e-commerce
• Fluent German
• Experience of presenting to large groups
