French Speaker Sales & Office Administrator
Location: London (currently working from home, eventually from the office).
Salary: 22,000 GBP to 27,000 GBP depending on experience + bonus and benefits
We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-organised and proactive Sales and Office Administrator to join a fast-paced and successful Sales team. This role plays an important part within the Sales team but also offers the possibility of working and supporting the Managing Director very closely.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised & proactive, with a can-do attitude, good eye for detail and accuracy to deliver results. A strong and fluent command of English & French is essential. Within others, your responsibilities will be:
- Working closely with the Managing Director, providing administrative and secretarial support.
- Coordinating the answers to tenders and questionnaires with several teams (IT, Legal, Pre-Sales).
- Office management (administrative tasks, mailing, stationery, expenses, courier, organising our stand for events).
- Preparing the sales proposals. Liaising with the production team and the client on some occasions about the sales’ projects
- Updating the CRM
- Liaising with clients and partners and answering any queries in a professional and polite manner.
- Liaising and working closely with the French office.
- Dealing with urgent queries via phone and email
Requirements:
- Effective written and spoken communication skills both in English and French. Any other language is a plus.
- The ability to set and achieve personal goals, while working successfully within a team.
- Able to multitask, prioritise and organise your workload.
- Personal initiative and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work within deadlines and manage heavy workloads whilst remaining calm
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- A confident telephone manner.
- Strong MS Office experience.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Adaptability – able to manage conflicting priorities.
- Good team player, confident in dealing with people at all levels throughout the business.
