This company is looking for several linguists to oversee their team of specialist travel managers. Your team of Advisors will be dealing with the ultra-wealthy who are looking for bespoke deluxe customer service in terms of hotels, flights and entertainment. You will be managing, leading and encouraging your bilingual team, who cater to their international clients requirements. Your team has access to a well curated list of some of the very best suppliers in the world who are responsible for fulfilling their client’s needs. This is a truly lovely, senior level, job in which you are dealing with your team, clients and suppliers. In this role only the very best will do.
Duties
*Managing, mentoring and coaching an international team of around 8 customer services personnel
*Encouraging your team to deliver a continually improving, innovative, and best-in-class customer service experience to ultra-high net clients.
*Identify skills shortfalls in your team, and organise ongoing training
*Recruit new staff
*Motivate and excite your team and lead from the front
*Monitor staff performance, and use reporting tools (Excel)
*Use of your fluent JAPANESE on a daily basis, both written and spoken
*Helping to devise creative travel or entertainment-related solutions for clients
*Dealing with any escalations
*Managing your own projects
Requirements
*Fluent JAPANESE
*Call centre experience
*Experienced in managing a team of at least 6 junior staff
