Title: Software Sales Account Manager
Salary: 30,000 to 40,000 GBP depending on experience (60k OTE)
Location: Combination of remote & Reading office, Berkshire

Are you passionate about Technology and Software? Do you have experience in Sales within IT Solutions? This opportunity might be the right one for you! Our client creates, sells, implements and supports rental software solutions to companies that hire equipment and service events.

We are looking for a high-performing and results-driven individual to work as a Sales Account Manager, supporting a network of existing clients and developing and growing a pipeline of new ones.

Within others, your responsibilities will be:

• Maintaining long-lasting and trusting relationships with existing accounts, while providing an outstanding experience throughout.
• Building a pipeline of companies, identifying the key business decision makers, conducting presentations, and attending to both online webinars and client meetings.
• Working closely with the development team to ensure clear communication for customer requests and keeping them up to date with current release schedule and date changes.
• Assisting the Marketing Team with any ideas for revenue generation and to improve customer satisfaction within the user base.
• Working on Sales Targets given by your Sales Director and providing weekly reports of activity.

Required skills/experience
– Fluency in English. Any other languages, particularly German or French will be desirable.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in Lead Generation and Sales within Software Solutions or Tech.
– Understanding and interest in Technology.
– Fantastic communication and presentation skills and attention to detail.

– Strong analytical skills to collect business needs and monitoring/identifying trends in data.
– Creative, and problem-solving abilities with a can-do attitude.
