EA/Marketing Assistant
This is a wonderful opportunity for a talented and capable EA to use their Marketing skills on a daily basis. The spilt of the role is 50% Marketing Assistant and 50% EA/Office Management.
The client is a highly successful, boutique Investment Management business, looking to grow its client portfolio.
Duties include:
Marketing Assistant
- Creating new marketing materials, both print and online
- Updating presentations and other marketing materials
- Content / copy writing
- Maintaining CRM with all client interaction
- Updating the website and LinkedIn pages
- Assist with marketing events
Executive Assistant / Office Manager
- EA to the CEO and COO, diary management, booking meetings and admin support
- Write meeting minutes and produce documents
- Greeting visitors, offering refreshments, setting up meeting rooms
- General Office Management duties
