The role fits within the wider digital team, helping deliver strong campaigns across affiliates & display in multiple markets, all the way from planning and implementation up to analysis and presentation of such. Our client is a well-established, leading e-commerce fashion brand with presence in the UK and across the continent.

Responsibilities

*Manage relationships with the affiliate partners
*Help grow revenue and affiliate marketing activity
*Research and source new affiliate opportunities and partners
*Deliver weekly progress, commission and activity reports for all affiliate partners
*Assist the Affiliate Marketing Manager in managing the affiliate and partnership budget
*Stay up to date with the latest affiliate marketing trends
*Collaborate with the creative teams to create affiliate marketing material
*Work with the Affiliate Marketing Manager to deploy and optimise campaigns through the affiliate marketing channel
*Keep affiliates up to date with the latest company news
*Work with the Affiliate Marketing Manager to forecast ROI and activity for all affiliate partners – both new and existing
*Promote the affiliate channel and opportunity across the industry
*Ensure all ROI and sales targets are met through the affiliate channels and partnerships

Requirements

*Fluent German with mother tongue standard
*Education to degree level, ideally with a marketing background
*Strong experience in affiliate marketing 2-3 years preferable
*Strong communication skills, and proven ability in networking and building relationships with key affiliates and publishers
* Competent Excel user ideally to an advanced level
*Knowledge of subscription-based acquisition marketing would be a bonus
*Passion for affiliate marketing and the wider digital industry
*Strong written and verbal communication skills – including presenting and reporting
*Strong people and partnership management skills
*A good working knowledge of the latest affiliate marketing and online partnerships trend
