This is an incredibly rare and exciting opportunity to work for a highly successful global Consultancy firm. You will join their existing Internal Recruitment and HR teams to focus on graduate recruitment for Germany with a strong focus on Campus Recruitment.
This role will involve lots of travel to careers fairs at the top universities and business schools in Germany. you will plan and coordinate recruiting events, develop campus marketing initiatives, and manage full life-cycle campus recruitment.
Other main duties will include:
Work closely with recruiting and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and help formulate recruitment strategy
Drive campus recruitment planning and execution across key universities
Source and screen candidates for all early talent roles
Conduct first round interviews to determine candidate viability and support candidate progression throughout the evaluation and hiring process
Execute on tactical research, referrals and sourcing campaigns to find, identity and engage active and passive candidates
Successful candidates will be self motivated, work under limited supervision and demonstrate a mature working style.
Previous experience of graduate and campus recruitment is essential.
