Summary of the role

This is a high VOLUME RECRUITMENT role

This company is looking to take a number of German speakers on within sales & marketing teams as well as throughout the business in other areas including purchasing, technology, customer care etc. You will be the first point of contact for all applications and interviews and will liaise directly with candidates to sort out the Scheduling Diary. You will be showcasing career opportunities encouraging applications and giving examples of long-term future potential candidates who will become the leaders of the future in this business

Duties

• Interviewing & screening candidates (initially over the telephone and then face to face)
• Source candidates who are passive
• Build and maintain network of potential candidates through research and relationship management
• Invite applicants to assessment days
• Evaluating candidates as they progress in the interview process
• Proactively promote the benefits of working for the company
• Source the best candidates
• Liaise with internal resourcing staff to put together short lists
• Work to recruitment and onboarding targets
• Ensure highest standards of diversity and uphold the company’s diversity programme
• Track all candidates as they go through the interview and testing system right up to induction
• Use of LinkedIn and other business networks to engage with potential applicants who are not easily available elsewhere
• You will be targeted to find and hire 3-4 new joiners per month
• Produce regular Candidate pipeline reports for the senior team
• You will working on up to 35 live jobs at one time

Requirements

• Solid inhouse Talent Acquisition OR recruitment agency background
• Degree educated
• Fluent German ( to native standard)
