LOCATION: Central London (Working partly remotely under current Government recommendations)
SALARY: 28,000 GBP + commission and benefits
LANGUAGES REQUIRED: Fluent English and Polish.
STARTING DATE: January 2021
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are searching for passionate customer service representatives to work in a helpdesk centre, providing technical and consultative advice to variety of clients while using both English and Polish.
This role is a combination of Customer Service and Sales. Your key responsibilities will be:
- Being the first point of contact for the clients on the Help Desk department.
- Providing excellent customer service (including inbound & outbound telephone and email).
- Ensuring that customer emails are replied to within the set standards of quality and accuracy.
- Helping customers logging and managing incidents and taking ownership of seeing these through to resolution. Advising, processing and logging customer queries.
- Providing clear communications between the company and its customers. Ensuring a seamless customer experience and providing product advice.
- Recognising problems and bringing these to the attention of the Team Managers.
- Identifying potential membership upgrade/opportunities for Business Development and transferring them to the relevant departments.
- Make an agreed number of outbound calls and contacts per assigned projects to meet the targets.
- Engaging with lapsed clients via phone and email and renewing their membership.
KEY SKILLS
- Fluency in English and Polish is a must.
- Minimum of one year in Customer Service, Sales or a Call-Centre environment.
- Outstanding communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Confident in IT systems – Microsoft Office packages and experience using CRM.
- Proactive and enthusiastic individual, flexible and professional, with great attention to detail.
NOTE: Candidates must be based in the UK and able to attend to the office in central London. No sponsorship is provided.
