Software Engineer

As a Software Engineer in the Customer Success team, you will ensure the efficient and effective delivery of technical consultancy services for customers in the UK and enable them to use platform for the success of their businesses.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Providing efficient solutions for customers location onsite/offsite consultancy services, training, technical meetings, technical calls, and support queries
- Provide architectural /development leadership for technological needs of customers
- Help customers to deploy and maintain WSO2 products in their environments
- Troubleshoot incidents reported by customers and provide solutions and fixes.
- Build business relationships with customers and enable them to become successful
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/Engineering with 5+ years pf prior industry experience
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience using Java
- Experience using React
- Experience in and knowledge of enterprise technologies e.g. API management, identify and access management, enterprise integration, web services and RESTful services
- Web development skills
- Be an effective communicator with an amiable personality and the passion to build business relationships
- Experience and knowledge on containerized deployments and CI/CD technologies are an added advantage
