Spanish Media Content Coordinator

Job title: Content Media Coordinator- Spanish

Start: ASAP

Pay rate: £230 per day PAYE / £260- 265per day for on ltd company basis

Expected Duration: 3 months (With a possibility to extend)

Location: Remote – You must be currently based in the UK

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of global news agenda, content, and channels in Spain
• Shared responsibly to develop the EU news agenda building in Spain Operations
• Specific communication strategies, programs, and content
• Proactively build and manage relationships with key Spanish Operations internal stakeholders across a range of businesses, functions and locations.
• Provide expert internal communications counsel to Spanish Operations stakeholders and senior leaders within the organisation taking account of the legal and nuances across Spain
• Manage change, internal policy, labour relations, issues, and crisis communications to support day to day business requirements
• Act as the employee experience advocate, representing and protecting this through strategies and decision-making

Required skills

• Experience in internal communications management including channel production,
• Fluency in Spanish to native standard
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Having excellent writing skills, issues management
• Ability to think and communicate clearly, formulate a clear point of view on complicated issues, and create a concise and well-written narrative
• Experience developing creative, effective approaches to difficult communications challenges
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and able to form a cohesive and effective outcome from potentially incongruous facts and individual perspectives
• Possess a strategic approach to problems solving; able to anticipate potential reputational issues
• Ability to exercise high judgement and persuasion, particularly in narrow time-frames
• Willing to roll up one’s sleeves and get work done, even when at times it’s outside the scope of the job
• Keenly focused and able to pay painstaking attention to important details
