Salary : Total compensation £52,800 ( made up of a base of £48k + 10% bonus., 25 days holiday and subsidised learning programmes)

Customer contact service centre providing a global centralised customer care purchasing ” hub” for clients within the food and drink sector . This organisation is a not-for-profit company and aims to get its franchise retail store clients and restaurant owners the best possible prices on food products in order to support them in growing and becoming successful.
Summary of role:
Ensuring on-time delivery and smooth operation of digital marketing campaigns and manage a team
Duties
Project management:
- Create and deliver digital marketing plans
- Define project scope and budget gaining approval with key stakeholders.
- Measures the success of campaigns against KPI’s.
- You will manage multiple projects simultaneously across multiple countries
- Input into the design of a consumer-friendly APP
Team Management
- Lead and manage cross functional team (both internal & external)
- Assigning resources and responsibilities to achieve success
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the projects, including organising and leading regular status calls and meetings.
- Submits regular project status reports and update presentations to stakeholders
- Hold and lead post implementation review sessions ensuring all lessons (good & bad) are documented.
Requirements
- Marketing/technical project management
- QSR experience required
- Experience in managing cross functional teams across countries.
- Understanding of retail POS systems
- App & web development useful
