The company : You will join a fast growing specialist recruitment firm that provides senior executives to telecommunications companies across the world. This company is looking for an experienced recruitment consultant with fluent German who is looking to move into a Key Account role with some team management responsibilities . This is a “dual” internal recruitment team management/and external client relationship role.
This role is a strategic “next step” for an experienced recruitment consultant who is looking to move into an expanding recruitment sector and take on more personal responsibility. This is an incredibly busy role as the company is rapidly expanding, and you will be expected to hit the floor running !
Duties:
B2B Recruitment Consultancy role
- You will be supporting a small profitable portfolio of key corporate clients , who currently generate in excess of £2m for the firm, with outstanding level of personal care and recruitment expertise
- You will be visiting your clients’ offices in Europe ( Germany, Switzerland) on a regular basis ( post vaccine) to gain a real in-depth understanding of their needs and to forge strong personal ties
- Working with your team of German speaking “Resourcers”, you will be submitting candidates for roles and helping to place candidates globally
- You will develop excellent relations with senior level candidates yourself and help them career-plan within the framework of the clients’ needs
- Eventually , you will spend around 20% of your role travelling within Europe to client offices
- You will attend client meetings on a regular basis for a ” status update” and in order to help plan the various recruitment campaigns on behalf of your client
Team Management
- You will manage , motivate junior German Recruiters who will work on the contract and permanent, sides of the business
- Attend Monday morning meetings to prioritise jobs, review applicant availability, and help Recruiters ” match” candidates to the various roles available
- You will undertake performance appraisals and salary reviews and identify where recruiters need more training
Requirements
- Fluent English & German
- Degree educated
- Recruitment experience essential
