Front Desk Showroom & Facilities Administrator
Title: Front Desk Showroom & Facilities Administrator
Location: Central London
Language Needed: Fluent English (any other language is a plus)
Hours: 10.00 am to 5.00 pm (32.5 hours a week) Monday to Friday
Salary: £16,900 + benefits
The role
You will be based at the showroom front of house (Reception) and will look after the telephone switchboard, the catering administration and visitor wellbeing.
Within others, their responsibilities will be:
- Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are immaculate and prepared for meetings
- Meet and greet visitors to the showroom
- Answer telephone enquiries
- Liaise with the catering team and provide drinks, breakfast and lunch to visitors, checking dietary requirements of guests
- Liaise with external suppliers, stock control of brochures and office stationary and check catering invoices
- Secretarial administration: booking hotels, couriers, restaurants
- Assist the team including scanning, copying, binding and also sending out marketing information to clients
- Facilities Management : Assist in technical support for showroom presentation and IT equipment
Requirements:
- Previous front office and admin experience is essential
- Knowledge in MS Office
- Excellent personal presentation
- Well spoken, clear English
- Proactive, hands-on and willing to learn
