Duties

This is a varied key account management and customer care role in which you will look after a large portfolio of small retailers across Germany and Austria and ensure that they have everything that they need to succeed and be profitable. You will be part of the Head office team and will offer practical help to your store owners that range from arranging new training courses for their staff right through to buying specialist equipment for their stores, helping them schedule deliveries more efficiently and ensuring that they understand the opportunities to buy centrally at discounts for their stores.

• Visiting store owners based across Germany and Austria on a regular basis in order to pre-empt problems
• Encourage store owners to attend up to date training courses
• Inform them of new products and services
• Help to with financial and reporting training
• Assist store owners in setting KPI’s , revenue targets and help them to establish forecasting
• Provide advice on buying new equipment and to identify bulk buying opportunities
• Stock control: ensuring the correct stock is available for current & future promotions
• Liaising with HQ and the Distribution Centre to arrange deliveries of products
• Informing retailers of price changes and reflecting those changes on the website
• Manage Critical incidents and “product recalls”
• Provide a practical help desk style support to your retail clients and liaise with the Help Desk team at head office with escalations
• Budget management and tracking and analysis of performance and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Fluent German
• Used to dealing with franchise owners
• Car driver : you will be required to travel around Germany and in Austria in this role
